Yes, all our events require attendees to be at least 18 years old.
Yes, government ID (Passport or Driving License) is required to attend the events.
Generally speaking we encourage guests dress up to look good but feel comfortable.
Some events do have a specific dress code, which will be detailed in the event or ticket description. For example our Halloween events are fancy dress or may have a theme.
As a general rule no relaxed sportswear such as joggers / tracksuits.
The timings of each event are available in the event description, but most of our events run from 7pm – midnight
We typically release all tickets when we go on sale. Once tickets sell out, you can join the Waiting List (if it is available) and if tickets become available they will be offered to those in the waiting list.
We do not offer refunds directly, we advise in this situation to seek an alternate attendee or connect with us via our ticket platform
Yes, we are open to working with other Promoters and Event Organisers and venues to add the RnB Bingo experience to other exciting spaces.

We do not directly have a lost & found but the venues we hold our events will do. You can contact them directly.
In an unlikely event our event changes date and/or location and you have purchased a ticket, your purchased ticket is still valid to the new date. As we have a no refund policy you will not be able to refund your ticket - however if you are still unable to attend the new date and/or location contact us at info@rnbbingo.com.au via email and we'll see how we can help.
We do not have photographers at all our events but any official pictures will be uploaded to our Facebook page or Instagram around a week after the event.
We love RnB from nostalgia to new school, now and again you might hear some hiphop and good vibes urban too.
We are working hard to bring the RnB Bingo experience to more cities, states and countries. Letting us know there is demand in your city is a big help in getting us there quicker. DM us and you never know.
